At Khass Wear, we are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted footwear, including premium Peshawari Chappal. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchange under the following conditions:
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Exchange is only valid for size issues or defective items
- Customer must provide order number and product images for verification
Once approved, the product can be exchanged for the correct size or another available design.
Return Policy
We currently do not offer cash refunds. However, in special cases (such as damaged or wrong product delivered), we may offer:
- Product replacement, OR
- Store credit (valid for future purchases)
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or special order products
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty or incorrect)
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
